2. Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. We do not buy or scrape contact data.

Information you submit through our enquiry forms — depending on which form you use, this may include:

  • Your name, email address and telephone number
  • Your location or region of interest
  • Portfolio size, ticket size, target returns, preferred strategies and hold horizon
  • Development details such as location, unit count, price range and target markets
  • Any other information you include in your message

Information collected automatically — our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not currently operate any analytics or advertising tracking on this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Netlify — website hosting and enquiry form processing
  • Sanity — content management for the site
  • Google — email delivery of enquiry notifications, and web font delivery

Where you have asked us to, we may introduce you to a relevant professional in our network — a solicitor, broker, in-market partner or developer. We will tell you who, and we will not do this without your agreement.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK, so that your information receives an equivalent level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not proceed: up to 24 months from last contact
  • Clients and investors: for the duration of the relationship and 6 years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal requirements
  • Marketing consent records: for as long as you remain subscribed, plus 2 years
  • Server logs: retained by our hosting provider on a short rolling basis

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate information corrected
  • Ask us to delete your information, where there is no overriding reason to keep it
  • Ask us to restrict how we use it
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • Ask us to transfer your information to another provider
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies required for the site and its forms to work correctly. These do not track you across other websites.

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads. If we introduce analytics in future we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
