Costa & Silva Holdings is a confirmed exhibitor at UK Homes Network LIVE — an evening exhibition for developers, landlords and investors, and the people they work with: lenders and brokers, solicitors, surveyors, architects and trades. It is also the London launch of Gatha, the platform UK Homes Network is becoming.
We will have our own stand for the evening. Come and talk to us about UK management and development, or about buying and selling in Portugal, Spain, Thailand and Bali — if you are weighing up a project in any of those markets, this is a good hour to spend.

We are attending rather than exhibiting, so there is no stand to find us at — but if you are going and want to talk about buying, building or letting in Portugal, say so beforehand and we will put aside proper time.

A good deal of what we do starts in a room rather than an inbox. We attend events on both sides of the business — UK property networks where developers, lenders and professional advisers meet, and international events where we build relationships with overseas developers and the organisations around them.
As a corporate member of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK, we attend their events through the year. Their main public programme is the Moving to Portugal Shows and Seminars, which have run since 2018 and been attended by more than 10,000 visitors.
